To make matters even more complicated, an ancient Sith artifact threatens to disrupt everything.

• Kieron Gillen finally reveals the fate of the legendary Scar Squadron, also known as Task Force 99. This elite group of stormtroopers, directly commanded by Darth Vader, was one of the deadliest threats the Rebellion ever faced. After years of mystery, fans will finally learn what happened to them.

• Fans of Doctor Aphra are in for a treat with a special story revisiting the complex and fascinating dynamic between Aphra and Darth Vader. Gillen brings back the unpredictable archaeologist alongside her deadly droid team – 0-0-0, BT-1, and Krrsantan – for another adventure with the Dark Lord.
